We use RingCentral for SMS delivery. We are not liable for messages that are delayed, undelivered, or misdirected due to carrier issues, technical problems, or incorrect contact information.

Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number or personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. TCPA Compliance

Competition Specialties complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and related regulations. We:

Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days)
